What We Do

We’re down-to-earth audio engineers who believe in staying out of your way while ensuring your wedding sounds flawless. We’ve cut out the fluff to focus on what matters: reliable gear and the technical expertise to run it. We provide the professional foundation; you provide the vibe.

The Strategy: We provide the professional equipment—speakers, audio mixing board, and high-quality, reliable wireless mics—along with an experienced expert technician. We ensure you have clean, clear sound for your ceremony and the power to blast music for the celebration.

Your Role: You are responsible for the music and any MC/announcement duties. We set you up with the mics and the sound system to ensure that if you want a guest or family member to handle introductions, they’ll sound like a pro.

  • Expert Technician: A “ninja-like” attendant who handles the technical setup so seamlessly you’ll forget we’re there.

  • Professional Hardware: High-quality speaker arrays and mixing boards for crystal-clear audio.

  • Reliable Wireless Mics: Interference-free microphones for vows and toasts.

  • 6 Hours of Coverage: Total event support from ceremony to the final dance.

  • Audio Recording: We record your ceremony and toasts and provide the files to you free of charge.

  • Rain or Shine: Full coverage regardless of the weather.

  • Travel: Up to 1 hour from downtown Portland included.

Music Management Options

Standard (Included) You provide the music via your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop). We provide the high-quality cables and connection to our system to ensure it sounds massive.

The Plug-and-Play Upgrade (+$100) We provide a dedicated laptop loaded with your curated music. We’ll handle the hardware and software on our end, ensuring your playlist is tested, ready to play, and works perfectly the day of the event.

Note: Our technicians act as audio attendants, not traditional DJs. We do not provide MC services or make announcements. We provide the tools and the “great sound” so that you or a designated guest can handle the microphone as much or as little as you like.

 

Note: by default, unless MC services have been purchased, our DJ will be acting merely as an attendant, but will not be doing any MC work,  Attendant can help you cue music for special dances, and provide the music, but is not acting as a DJ in the traditional sense, and will not be  doing any Emcee work or announcements.

 

Fridays & Sundays = $500
Saturdays = $600

 

 

À La Carte Options

Extra Hour of Service

$100 per hour

Get as many hours as you need, as precisely as you need. Can be added at booking or after. Up to 16 hours total can be added to most events.

Additional Location Setup

$200 per location (same property only)

Many times we can cover ceremony and reception with one setup if they’re close together. But if the move between locations is notable, you’ll need a second setup. We currently don’t offer multi-venue coverage.

Extra Travel

$100 per hour (beyond the first free hour)

First hour of travel to/from any venue is free (based out of downtown Portland). After that, it’s $100 per hour of total travel time. We’ll go up to 3 hours outside Portland.
